In social insurance, relocation: refers to retirees who have moved to other places or lived in other places for more than 1 year (retired relocation), and on-the-job employees who have worked in other places for more than 1 year due to work needs (including staff of established foreign offices, mobile construction workers, study and inspection personnel, etc.). The insured person who retires and moves can apply to the unit for relocation procedures. The unit manager (an individual who meets the requirements of flexible employment retirees) will go to the local social security agency to receive the Registration Form for the Relocation of Urban Workers in Wuhan, fill in the items in the form and submit them to the local social security agency. The local social security agency will mark the relocated personnel in the five-in-one system and input the relevant information of the designated medical institutions selected by the insured person into the system. Because of the disaster, people lost their land and houses, the living environment deteriorated, and a large number of potential secondary disasters existed, which seriously threatened the safety of people's lives and property and made resettlement.
